Whole 30 16th July 2012 - 14th August 2012

Hi guys, welcome to the blog of my Whole 30 journey, thanks for stopping by!  I did my first Whole 30 earlier this year and after the initial sugar and carb cravings subsided I really enjoyed it and felt so much better for it.  Unfortunately lately I have been slipping back into my old habbits with a little too much drinking and eating of processed foods.  This time I have decided to blog my progress as a bit of an incentive for me to stay motivated and be a little more creative with my meals :)
